As a platform owner, here are the standard support services you will receive on an ongoing basis. If you wish to increase these hours, get in touch to discuss a bespoke package for your virtual exhibition platform.

Platform License

This is the license for your chosen virtual exhibition. As a platform owner, you have a full platform license to declare your online community platform as your own.

Hosting & Updates

This is for the running and maintaining of the website. Including any theme updates and new features. You will be updated on any new features in our newsletters.

Monthly updates

Monthly Maintenance

This is the time allowance you have for all content updates to be made to your platform. Including posting blogs, seminars, jobs, events, and of course, virtual spaces.

10 Hours a week as standard


This is a session with a senior member of our team to learn more ways to grow your platform and to ensure that you are making the most of your platform.

1 hour a month as standard

Content Support

This is for weekly content communication with the platform owner to discuss the monthly maintenance updates. Updating you on what changes have been made to the exhibitors and content that week.

30 minutes a week as standard

This CRM tool account is pre-set up for the on boarding of new exhibitors and management of existing ones.

Auto Invoicing

This allows clients to pay and sign contracts through your platform.

Lead Forensics

This tool allows you to track and identify businesses that are visiting your platform.


This includes social media posting on 3 platforms of your choice. This also includes 1 hour a month discussing your posts.
